The AER association, active in high art project, as well as other cultural and informative projects aimed to local development of communities worldwide, invites partners from Balkan region to become partner in a regional Balkanic project focused on promotion of emergent contemporary art forms in public nonconventional locations that are run locally by the artists themselves. The location will be public spaces, institutional owned, but local artists will identify them and organize local exhibitions. Exhibitions will be itinerary circulated among participating countries. The project focus on high quality art form, unconventional, with an exphasis of art as a form of intervention in changing a individual' mentality - a term widely used in BALKAN countries, while under transition toward democracy and stability.
