The Association Minerva - Formazione, Orientamento e Ricerca is looking for partnership in order to complete an educational program proposal for adults, for the announced Lifelong Learning Programme financing within the Leonardo Programme. Project topic: The main goal of this project is to coordinate and transfer to the tourism professionals all the results obtained from a previous Leonardo da Vinci pilot project, which was named "Sistemi di qualità per le PMI turistiche" (SI.QUAL), code I/02/B/F/PP-120039, and originated an action with the goal of creating professional figures able to take responsibilities about promotion and management of Quality policies for the SMEs. This project propose a path for professional trainers in order to give tourism operators and professionals a continuous, high level and innovative training, enforcing the ability to operate with new information and communication technologies in an interdisciplinary and cooperative logic. People working in this area of business, in fact, takes his lymph from human resource qualification, and the distance between training offer and demand makes necessary the creation of specific training tasks in this area. In particular, the project aims at following targets: 1) keep educational-prototype up-to-date; 2) check with training agencies the analysis of needs in order to integrate contents with specific training units; 3) Making the transfer of training model to Local Authorities and in specific contexts possible Results expected: Project products are: a) Comparative analysis of specific characteristics of different national contexts, against which adapt the original prototype; b) Training for development of planning and realization skills of actions under the tourism; Targets of this initiative are: Trainers, formation agency managers, administrative staff, people supporting educational practices, tourism professionals and managers, representatives of tourism and hotel organizations.
