The Institute of Black Culture, Media and Sport, which provides services for Black and Minority ethnic young people in London's five Olympic boroughs, seeks partnership with EU inner city youth organisations, representing young people of similar cultural backgrounds and socio economic experiences. We would specifically like to form multi racial, multti cultural links with youth organisations based; or operating in Paris, Marseille, Amsterdam, Lisbon and Barcelona.
The Institute is trying to create these links mainly to provide a vehicle for trans cultural reciprocal exchanges in which, youths from London's Five Olympic Boroughs, can visit youths of Marseille (example) to share cultural, artistic and social ideas and products. And young people from Marseille can reciprocate.
